1. ACCEPTANCE
Acceptance of the MegaOTT Terms of Service
These Terms apply when you access megaott.io, request a trial, purchase or use a MegaOTT subscription, use a reseller account, communicate with support or otherwise use a MegaOTT-provided account or service feature.
By completing an order, activating or using service access, or continuing to use an account after receiving these Terms, you agree to the version of the Terms applicable to that interaction, subject to any mandatory legal rights.
If you do not agree with these Terms, do not purchase or use the service. Before ordering, review the Refund Policy, Privacy Policy and current Pricing.
2. ELIGIBILITY
Eligibility, Age and Authority
You must have the legal capacity to enter into the transaction and must meet any minimum age required by the law applicable to you. If you purchase for a business, reseller operation or another person, you represent that you have authority to bind the relevant purchaser to these Terms.
You are responsible for providing accurate order and contact information and for keeping that information reasonably current.
3. DIGITAL SUBSCRIPTIONS
MegaOTT Subscription Access and Plan Terms
Subscription Period
The applicable term, price, connection allowance and other commercial details are the terms shown on the current order or pricing page when you purchase.
Renewal
Unless the checkout or order confirmation expressly states recurring billing, a purchase should not be assumed to renew automatically. Where recurring billing is offered, the renewal terms shown during that transaction apply.
Price Changes
Future prices and offers may change. A price change does not retroactively change the amount already paid for an existing completed order unless required by law or agreed with the customer.
Current Commercial Information
Because plan prices, promotions and catalogue figures can change, this Terms page intentionally does not hard-code old prices or content totals. Check the current pricing page and channel guide before purchasing.
4. FREE TRIAL
Use the 24-Hour Free Trial Before Purchasing
MegaOTT provides a 24-hour free-trial route so a prospective customer can test the service before committing to a paid subscription. The trial should be used on the device, IPTV player and normal internet connection the customer expects to use after purchase.
During the trial, check login compatibility, important channel groups, movies and series, EPG where available, picture quality, device performance and network stability.
5. STRICT REFUND TERMS
Digital Purchases Are Generally Final After Access Is Delivered
MegaOTT does not provide a general 30-day money-back guarantee or automatic prorated refund for unused service time.
General Rule
Because subscriptions provide digital access that can be used immediately, purchases are generally final and non-refundable once the account, playlist, credentials or other service access has been delivered or activated. This rule is subject to the limited review grounds below and any mandatory legal rights that cannot be excluded.
Normally Not Refundable
Change of mind, accidental purchase, unused time, travel, failure to cancel, dissatisfaction after substantial use, or deciding that another service is preferred.
Local Network Problems
ISP routing, Wi-Fi, router, DNS, VPN, mobile-data, congestion or other network conditions outside MegaOTT's direct control are generally not refund grounds.
Device / App Compatibility
Unsupported hardware, app-store availability, third-party player licensing, device performance or user configuration problems are generally not refundable.
Content Changes
Individual channels, movies, series, EPG, catch-up, regional categories and source quality may change and normally do not create a refund entitlement.
Limited Cases That May Be Reviewed
- A verified duplicate payment for the same intended order.
- Confirmed non-delivery of purchased access attributable to MegaOTT after a reasonable opportunity to correct the issue.
- A qualifying, persistent service-side failure that support can verify and cannot reasonably correct.
- A refund, cancellation or other remedy required by applicable law and not capable of lawful exclusion.
No Automatic Prorated Refund
Unused days, weeks or months do not automatically create a prorated refund. Cancelling, stopping use or asking to close an account does not by itself create a right to reimbursement for the remaining term.

6. RESELLER TERMS
Reseller Credits and Partner Accounts
Reseller access is a separate commercial arrangement from a normal retail subscription. Reseller credits can be used to create or manage customer subscriptions according to the rules displayed in the reseller panel or reseller page.
Reseller users are responsible for the customers they create, the accuracy of customer details they enter, their own resale pricing and communications, and compliance with applicable laws that apply to their business activity.
7. ACCOUNT RESPONSIBILITIES
Account Security and Customer Responsibilities
Protect Credentials
Keep usernames, passwords, playlist URLs, tokens and other credentials private. Do not publish them in screenshots, reviews or public posts.
Accurate Information
Provide accurate account, order and support information and promptly correct material errors that could affect service or payment support.
Unauthorized Access
Notify support promptly if you believe credentials were stolen, shared without permission or used by an unauthorized person.
Connection Limits
Use only the number of simultaneous connections included with the purchased plan. Connection limits are based on the current order terms, not on old plan descriptions.
8. ACCEPTABLE USE
Prohibited Uses of MegaOTT Accounts and Services
You must not use MegaOTT accounts, access details, website systems or reseller tools to:
- Resell, sublicense, redistribute or commercially exploit retail access without an authorized reseller arrangement.
- Share credentials beyond the purchased connection allowance or facilitate unauthorized simultaneous use.
- Probe, attack, overload, reverse engineer, circumvent or attempt to defeat technical or security controls.
- Use the service for fraud, harassment, abuse, unlawful activity, malware distribution or unauthorized access to another system.
- Impersonate MegaOTT, misrepresent an affiliation, or make false guarantees on behalf of MegaOTT.
- Use automated systems in a manner that materially interferes with normal service operation or other users.
9. PAYMENTS & BILLING
Payment, Billing and Chargeback Terms
Payment methods can change. Follow the payment instructions shown during the current order process or supplied through an official MegaOTT support channel. Third-party payment providers may apply their own terms, identity checks, fees, exchange rates, settlement periods and privacy policies.
You are responsible for verifying the amount, subscription period and payment destination before authorizing a transaction. Do not send complete card details or private banking credentials through ordinary chat or email.
10. CANCELLATION
Cancellation, Non-Renewal and Account Closure
Where an order uses recurring billing, a customer may request cancellation of future renewal through the method provided for that transaction or by contacting support. A cancellation request does not automatically create a refund for the current paid term.
Where an order is non-recurring, access normally ends when the purchased term expires without requiring a separate cancellation. Account deletion or privacy requests are separate from subscription refund rights and are handled under the Privacy Policy.
11. SERVICE AVAILABILITY
Content, EPG, Quality and Availability Can Change
Content Lineups
Live channels, movies, series, sports groups, regional categories and other catalogue items may be added, removed, renamed or temporarily unavailable.
EPG & Catch-Up
Programme-guide data and catch-up depend on source availability and compatible player support and are not guaranteed for every channel.
Picture Quality
Actual SD, HD, Full HD or 4K playback depends on the available source, device, player, network and current service conditions.
Network Conditions
Playback can be affected by ISP routing, Wi-Fi, Ethernet, VPNs, congestion, DNS, device performance and other conditions outside MegaOTT's direct control.
No Absolute Uptime or Zero-Buffering Guarantee
MegaOTT does not guarantee that every stream will be continuously available, uninterrupted, error-free or free from buffering. Planned maintenance, upstream-source changes, internet routing, technical faults and other factors may affect availability.
12. APPS & DEVICES
Third-Party Players, Devices and App Stores
MegaOTT service access and the IPTV player interface are separate. Third-party players, app stores, operating systems, smart-TV platforms and device manufacturers are controlled by their respective providers and may change features, pricing, availability or compatibility independently of MegaOTT.
A third-party app purchase or app-store fee is not a MegaOTT subscription payment and is governed by that third party's terms. Review the MegaOTT apps guide and installation guide before purchasing.
13. SUSPENSION & TERMINATION
When MegaOTT May Restrict or Terminate Access
MegaOTT may suspend, restrict or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect accounts, investigate fraud or payment disputes, enforce connection limits, respond to abuse, protect technical systems, comply with law or address a material breach of these Terms.
Where practical and appropriate, support may request corrective action before termination. Immediate action may be taken when delay would create material security, fraud, abuse or operational risk.
Termination caused by the customer's material breach, fraud, unauthorized redistribution or abusive conduct does not normally create a refund right, subject to mandatory law.
14. WEBSITE MATERIALS
MegaOTT Website Content and Intellectual Property
MegaOTT website design, original text, branding, graphics, documentation and other materials created by or for MegaOTT may be protected by intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not grant permission to copy, impersonate, scrape for republication, sell or commercially exploit MegaOTT-owned website materials except as expressly permitted.
Third-party names, logos, application names and trademarks belong to their respective owners. Reference to a third-party product does not by itself imply ownership, sponsorship or endorsement.
15. PRIVACY
Privacy and Account Data
Personal-data handling connected with the website, support, accounts and transactions is described in the MegaOTT Privacy Policy. Cookie and browser-storage information is described in the Cookie Policy.
16. DISCLAIMERS & LIABILITY
Service Disclaimers, Liability and Mandatory Rights
Service Basis
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided subject to the limitations stated in these Terms, including the fact that internet routing, third-party apps, devices, source availability and maintenance can affect performance.
Liability Limits
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MegaOTT is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from matters outside its reasonable control. Any limitation applies only to the extent the applicable law permits it.
Mandatory Consumer Rights Are Not Waived
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability, refund rights, cancellation rights or other consumer protections to the extent that applicable law prohibits those rights from being excluded or limited.
17. CHANGES
Changes to These Terms
MegaOTT may update these Terms when service features, commercial practices, technical systems or legal requirements change. The current version will be published at megaott.io/4k/terms with an updated date.
Where applicable law requires additional notice or consent for a material contractual change, MegaOTT should follow that requirement. Changes should not be interpreted as retroactively removing rights that have already accrued and cannot lawfully be removed.
18. QUESTIONS & DISPUTES
Contact MegaOTT Before Escalating a Billing or Service Dispute
If you believe an order, payment or account action is incorrect, contact support with the relevant transaction reference, account email, device or player details and a concise description of the issue. Do not send passwords or complete payment-card information.
These Terms do not require a customer to give up a legal remedy, complaint route or dispute right that applicable law says cannot be waived.

Reseller credits and partner packages are generally non-refundable once credits have been allocated, made available, transferred, consumed or used to create customer subscriptions. Verified duplicate payment, confirmed non-delivery or mandatory legal rights may still be reviewed.
No. Cancellation or a request not to renew stops future billing only where recurring billing applies and the request is effective in time. It does not automatically refund the current paid term.
Problems caused by an ISP, Wi-Fi, router, VPN, DNS service, device performance, local network congestion or third-party application are outside MegaOTT's direct control and are generally not refundable. Troubleshooting should be completed before requesting review.
