MegaOTT IPTV Terms of Service

By accessing or using the MegaOTT IPTV service, website, or any associated applications (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.

The Service is provided by MegaOTT IPTV, a company registered in the United Kingdom. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and MegaOTT IPTV.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.

MegaOTT IPTV offers subscription-based access to our Service. All prices are displayed and processed in EUR (Euros). The following subscription plans are available:

Subscription Terms: All plans include a 10% discount from standard pricing. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled. Prices subject to change with 30 days notice.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your MegaOTT experience. Our refund policy is as follows:

• 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee: Full refund within 30 days of initial purchase.
• Prorated Refunds: After 30 days, refunds based on unused service time.
• Refund Method: Refunds issued to original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Exceptions: Refunds may be denied for Terms violations, fraud, or abuse of the refund policy.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

• Account Security: Notify us immediately of unauthorized use.
• Accurate Information: Provide accurate, current information during registration.
• Account Sharing: Do not share your account credentials.
• Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old.

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. Prohibited activities include:

• Commercial Use: Using the Service commercially without a Reseller agreement
• Reselling: Reselling or redistributing access
• Content Redistribution: Recording, rebroadcasting, or redistributing content
• Circumvention: Attempting to bypass security measures or connection limits
• Illegal Activities: Using the Service for any illegal purpose
• Copyright Infringement: Uploading or sharing copyrighted material

Each subscription plan includes a specific number of simultaneous connections:

• 1 Month Plan: 1 simultaneous connection
• 3 Months Plan: 2 simultaneous connections
• 6 Months Plan: 3 simultaneous connections
• 12 Months Plan: 4 simultaneous connections

A "connection" means one device streaming content at a time. Exceeding your connection limit may result in automatic disconnection or account suspension.

Fair Use Policy: We monitor connection usage to ensure fair access for all users.

All payments are processed in EUR (Euros) through secure payment partners:

• Accepted Methods: Credit/Debit Cards, PayPal, Cryptocurrency (BTC, ETH, USDT), Bank Transfer (SEPA)
• Billing Cycle: Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period
• Payment Processing: Handled by Stripe, PayPal, and Coinbase Commerce
• Failed Payments: After 7 days of failed payment, your account may be suspended

You may cancel your subscription at any time:

• Cancellation Effective Date: End of current billing period
• Access After Cancellation: Retain access until the end of your paid period
• Account Deletion: Request account deletion by contacting support

• PPV Events: UFC, WWE, Boxing, and other premium events

Streaming Quality: Quality depends on internet connection. Recommended speeds: SD (5 Mbps), HD (10 Mbps), 4K (25 Mbps), 8K (50 Mbps).

Content Availability: Channel lineups subject to change without notice. We strive for 99.9% uptime.

To use MegaOTT IPTV, you need:

• Compatible Device: Smart TV, Firestick, Android TV, iOS, Android, Windows PC, Mac, MAG Box, Enigma2
• Internet Connection: Minimum 10 Mbps for HD, 25 Mbps for 4K, 50 Mbps for 8K
• IPTV Player: TiviMate, IPTV Smarters, GSE IPTV, or our MegaOTT App

We provide setup guides at megaott.io/installation. VPN compatible.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account immediately for any reason, including breach of these Terms.

Grounds for Termination: Violation of Acceptable Use Policy, fraudulent payment, reselling, connection limit abuse, harassment, illegal activities.

Effect of Termination: Right to use the Service ceases immediately. No refunds for termination due to Terms violation.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MegaOTT IPTV shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be provided with at least 30 days' notice. By continuing to use the Service after revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.

The most current version will always be available at megaott.io/terms.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of London, United Kingdom.
